At Servant Store, we want you to have a clear and convenient payment experience. You can choose our standard Cash on Delivery (COD) option, or, if you prefer, pay in advance through one of our available online transfer channels.

Cash on Delivery — Our Default Payment Method

Cash on Delivery is the default payment method at Servant Store.

You do not need to make any advance payment to place your order using COD.

Simply place your order through our website, and when your parcel is delivered, pay the complete order amount in cash directly to the delivery/courier representative at the time of receiving your parcel.

Example

If your total order amount is Rs. 2,300, you will pay Rs. 2,300 to the courier when your parcel arrives.

This option is suitable for customers who prefer to pay only when they receive their order.

Save Rs. 60 with Advance Online Payment

If you prefer to pay for your order in advance, you can use any of the online transfer channels listed below.

As a small benefit for choosing advance payment, Rs. 60 will be deducted from your order total.

Example

Product Order Total: Rs. 2,300
COD Payment: Rs. 2,300
Advance Online Payment: Rs. 2,240

You save Rs. 60 by paying in advance.

The Rs. 60 reduction applies to the total product order amount when payment is successfully made in advance through one of our listed payment channels.

Important Information Before Making an Online Payment

Advance payment is completely optional. You can always choose Cash on Delivery instead.
Before transferring money, carefully check the payment channel, account title, and account/ID number shown on this page.
Do not transfer money to any account or number that is not officially listed on this page or communicated through our official customer-support channels.
After making an advance payment, please keep your transaction receipt/screenshot until your order has been delivered.
Your order will be processed after the advance payment has been successfully verified.
The Rs. 60 advance-payment reduction applies only when the product amount is paid in advance through one of the listed online payment channels.
If you choose COD, you do not need to transfer any money in advance.
If you are unsure about any payment information, please contact Servant Store before transferring money.
After completing an advance payment, you must share the transaction receipt or payment confirmation with Servant Store through our official WhatsApp Business number, email address, or both. This allows us to verify your payment and process your order smoothly.
Please do not consider your advance payment complete for order-processing purposes until you have shared your transaction receipt/payment confirmation with us and the payment has been verified.
